Our Ethernet Category 6 (CAT6) Solid Plenum cable is 24 gauge (24 AWG) 4 twisted pair solid wire. Solid cable is used for in-wall and ceiling structural wiring, stranded wire is for making patch cables. This is an excellent Ethernet cable for your structured wiring needs where a Plenum fire rating is required.
